The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is still working to unravel more information about the apparent attempted murder-suicide that left a couple wounded along I-55 Monday.
They've been identified as 35-year-old Sylvia Foxx and 44-year-old Shane Jones, both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Both remain hospitalized in critical condition after being found shot in the head near the Amite exit.
At this point, authorities expect to charge Jones with attempted second-degree murder.
