Louisiana Officials Pleased With Travel Ban Ruling

Louisiana's Republican congressional delegation and the state's attorney general, Jeff Landry, say they're pleased the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld President Trump's most recent travel ban that prohibits previously legal immigration and travel from seven countries, five of them predominantly Muslim.

Trump issued the ban in an effort to decrease the possibility of terror attacks in America, one of the state's congressmen calling it a commonsense approach to deter such threats.
