It remains to be seen if Corey Miller, the rapper that goes by the moniker C-Murder, will get a new trial in the 2002 killing of a 16-year-old at a nightclub in Harvey.

Court documents filed Tuesday has shooting eyewitness Kenneth Jordan recanting his testimony in Miller's second murder trial where he said he saw Miller shooting Steve Thomas at the Platinum Club.

Jordan says he did see who shot Thomas, but says he was coerced by investigators into saying it was Miller who's serving a life prison term.
