Civil Rights Charges Explored In Cops' Attack On Hispanic Man

Several agencies are reportedly looking into whether two rookie cops should face civil rights charges in the beating of a Hispanic man.

Both John Galman and Spencer Sutton were fired yesterday after pleading not guilty to misdemeanor simple battery in the Tuesday beating of George Gomez.

He suffered severe facial injuries, the two off-duty officers allegedly calling him out for his camouflage clothing and being a "fake American."
