New Orleans police may be closer to making arrests in the Saturday night mass shooting that left three people dead and seven injured.
Investigators are seeking the two people wearing hooded sweatshirts who opened fire during the apparent gang-related shooting outside a row of businesses on South Claiborne Avenue.
All of the injured have now been released from the hospital.
