A New Orleans landlord finds himself on the wrong side of a civil lawsuit.
The Advocate reports the action was filed Wednesday by the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center against Jerry Kelly Jr., who is accused of renting apartment units only to "young, skinny, white girls" and then creating a hostile environment by demanding dates, offering to exchange rent payment for sex acts and entering the apartments while the "tenants were alone and vulnerable."
Kelly denies all of the allegations.
