Police say eight people are under arrest after a background check on third-party vendors at LSU revealed outstanding warrants.
Last year, the LSU Police Department started screening all third-party vendors by running a background check. It was part of a joint-effort between LSU athletics and the police to "enhance game day operations."
According to LSU Police, two people from New Orleans, one from Jefferson Parish and five from East Baton Rouge were all taken into custody.
