The LSU Foundation is releasing plans for what the former Charity Hospital could look like after renovations.
Two proposals were released Tuesday with rough drafts of future designs. One sketch would devote half of the building to housing, while the other has plans to move City Hall into the site and create 544,000 sq. ft. of living space.
Other office space designated for Tulane university and tenants like United Way were also included in the plans, along with areas for retail, innovation and education.
