A judge is allowing former LSU football player Drake Davis to be released from jail under certain conditions.
Davis will be allowed to return to the community as long as he resides with family members 50 miles away from the LSU Campus. He also is not to be enrolled as a student at the school, and he is not to have contact with the victim.
The announcement was made Friday morning at his bond hearing.
The former player is facing multiple charges ranging from battery to child pornography, and has been held in jail without bond since his arrest on Sunday.
