Police are still barred from enforcing a 2016 Louisiana law that hiked the minimum age for exotic dancers to 21.
A three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit Court Of Appeals in New Orleans issued a ruling Thursday upholding a federal judge's earlier injunction barring enforcement of the statute.
Both rulings say the law as written is too vague when it comes to entertainers who expose parts of their body where alcohol is served.
The current enforceable minimum age for dancers is 18.
