A man who says he was raped by a Jesuit High janitor in the 1970s as a priest looked on is seeking more justice.

Richard Windmann, who currently lives in Texas, is now pressing Louisiana's attorney general and state police to investigate Catholic Church operations in the state.

Windmann, who recently reached a settlement with the Catholic Church, wants the pressure put on church leaders to release a list of priests who have been credibly accused of sexual misconduct.

New Orleans Archbishop Gregory Aymond and other bishops have been discussing a possible release of names.
