The former finance director for Franco's Athletic Club in Mandeville will be confined to her home for a while after pleading guilty to theft and identity theft charges.
Emily Davis of Ponchatoula is one of two people who allegedly embezzled nearly $2 million from the business.
The 43-year-old has been ordered to serve one year under house arrest and pay $1 million in restitution to the club owners. She has also been ordered to perform 320 hours of community service, and will have three years of supervised probation.
