Hundreds Gather For Wayde Sims' Candlelight Vigil

Many in Baton Rouge are continuing to mourn the loss of LSU basketball player Wayde Sims.

The 20-year-old died after being shot last Friday when he attempted to defend a friend during a fight near Southern University.

Hundreds turned out for a candlelight vigil at the Maravich Center last night to honor Sims whose funeral is Saturday.

Among those who spoke at the gathering were Sims' father, LSU's president and head basketball coach Will Wade.
