Four people are back on dry land after the boat they were on caught fire in Chandeleur Sound early Monday.
The 8th Coast Guard District in New Orleans was called out to help rescue the passengers on the vessel Grand Sun around 2:35 a.m.
A helicopter crew pulled the four to safety and transported them to emergency medical services at Air Station New Orleans. No word on their conditions or the cause of the fire.
