Several construction workers are in the hospital due to the collapse of a home in the seventh ward.
New Orleans Fire Department officials say the collapse was reported around 10:30 this morning at home on North Prieur street. Investigators say the house was under construction.
Eleven people inside the home during the collapse were taken to the hospital for treatment, but their condition is currently unknown.
