Naaman Stewart's legal challenge to get his title as Zulu King back is moving forward and is seeking a full trial on the issue.
He's claiming the Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club that bestowed the elect-title on him for 2019 violated its own bylaws when they suspended him from the organization indefinitely and stripped him of his title without going through certain procedures to arrive at the decision.
Members took the action after a female employee accused Stewart of sexually harassing her in 2015 after she entered a bathroom.
