A man will be headed to prison after a jury finally convicted him of the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl almost four decades ago.
A New Orleans jury convicted 55-year-old Gerard Ladmirault of aggravated oral sexual battery and he's now facing up to 20 years in prison.
Two previous trials ended with hung juries.
It was back in 1991 that Ladmirault allegedly forced the teenager to perform oral sex on him in his 9th Ward home.
