NOPD Searching For Man Who Allegedly Tried To Drown Victim

Police in New Orleans are searching for a man who allegedly tried to drown a victim in a bathtub.

Officials say 29-year-old Kenneth Dalcour entered the victim's house and filled the bathtub with water before holding the victim's face in it, allegedly stating his intention to drown the victim, hitting and squeezing the victim's throat, before the individual was able to escape and call police.

Dalcour is wanted for attempted second-degree murder, violation of a protective order, false imprisonment and domestic abuse battery.
