We've heard it before and now Louisiana is drawing yet another dire report on obesity in the state.

A just-released national study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation finds that just over 36% of the adult population in Louisiana suffers from obesity.

The state is said to be the sixth most obese state in the U.S. with neighboring Mississippi ranked second.

The report notes that nearly 43% of adults between the ages of 45 and 64 in Louisiana are considered obese.
