Fallen LSU basketball player Wayde Sims may be gone, but the program wants to make sure he isn't forgotten.
LSU played a tribute video to the player on the giant video board above the court, highlighting his time as a Tiger and his high school career at University Lab.
Sims was gunned down across from Southern University on September 28th after stepping in to defend his friend in a fight.
The team showed support by wearing Sims' number 44 on their jerseys and shoes, while coaches wore 44 lapel pins.
