Louisiana gas prices are continuing to fall just days before Thanksgiving.
AAA reports the statewide average price of regular is now around $2.34 a gallon, down eight cents from last Monday. It was just a month ago the fuel was averaging $2.63 a gallon in the Pelican State.
In the New Orleans area right now, regular can be purchased for as low as $1.89 at a half dozen locations. Baton Rouge drivers can find regular as low as $1.97 at a few stations.
