Six men are accused of sexual abuse while working at Jesuit High School in New Orleans are among the 42 people named in a report released today that lists those who have been credibly accused over the past several decades.
Former president of Jesuit High School, Reverend Donald Pearce, who served in his position from 1965 to 1968 is among those on the list. Also listed are Cornelius Carr, Edward DeRussy, Donald Dickerson, Francis Landwermeyer and Claude Ory.
The information cames as the Catholic Church is wrapped up in a clergy sex abuse crisis that resurfaced over the summer.
