Gas prices in Louisiana haven't moved much in the last 48 hours.
At midweek, the average price of regular in the state is hovering at just under $2.10 a gallon. Still, that's down a nickel from last Wednesday and far cheaper than the month ago average price of $2.42.
According to GasBuddy, numerous stations in New Orleans have a gallon of regular for under $2.
The lowest price across the state had to be less than two cents - which happened at a Baton Rouge Circle K Tuesday night following a computer malfunction. Drivers could have filled up for around 30 cents, but employees shut off the pumps when they noticed the price error.
