"Kill Cops Day" Post Leads To Arrest In Covington

A man who allegedly designated yesterday as "Kill Cops Day" in a Facebook post and threatened a high-ranking Covington police officer is facing multiple charges.

Authorities say Harlan Cyprian was arrested yesterday on felony charges of terrorizing, simple criminal damage to property and resisting arrest.

In addition to the social media threat, the 43-year-old is accused of using a pickax to bust up a window and front door to the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center on New Year's Eve night.
