Drivers in Louisiana are still being greeted by lower gas prices almost on a daily basis.
AAA reports the statewide average price of regular moved another fraction of a cent lower yesterday to remain in the ballpark of a $1.93 a gallon. That's down three cents from last Monday and a drop of 20 cents compared to a month ago.
Drivers in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans metro areas can easily find gas prices between $1.60 and $1.80 a gallon.
