A ruling from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will determine what's next for a Planned Parenthood lawsuit.
The organization claims Louisiana violated federal law by delaying its application for a license to perform abortions in the state. Louisiana officials have asked the appeals court to dismiss the case.
A previous judge refused to do so, but additional arguments were heard in court last week.
