The Archdiocese of New Orleans is announcing Norco's Sacred Heart Jesus School will close at the end of the school year.
Archdiocese officials have reported the enrollment has dropped to a point that it is not sustainable. Staff for the archdiocese will help families of students impacted by the 60-year-old school's closure.
The announcement comes after the archdiocese revealed it will close the St. Peter Claver Catholic School in Treme.
