Louisiana Murder Suspect Waived Extradition From Virginia

The 21-year-old Louisiana man accused of killing five people in two different parishes before fleeing to Virginia is waiving his extradition.

Dakota Theriot will be flown back to Louisiana soon to face the charges against him.

Theriot appeared in a Richmond County courtroom today wearing a blue jumpsuit and shackles.

Earlier this week, Theriot confessed to Louisiana officials that he was responsible for the killings.
