Governor John Bel Edwards is among those speaking out about a racist photo that appeared on the 1984 medical school yearbook page of Virginia's current governor, both of them Democrats.
The photo shows two men, one dressed in black face and the other wearing a Ku Klux Klan uniform. That picture and others of Governor Ralph Northam appear on the page, but Northam says he's not one of the people wearing the controversial attires.
Some want Northam to resign, and Governor Edwards says that's just what Northam should do if he is one of the two men in the "disgusting" photo.
