Two men are recovering after being shot early Sunday morning on Bourbon Street in New Orleans' French Quarter.
Instead of calling 911, they called Uber to get a ride to the hospital. The victims, both in their early 20s, were injured in the lower parts of their body, one of them in the calf and the other in his foot.
Nearly a dozen stabbings and shootings occurred in the Big Easy during the post-Mardi Gras weekend.
