Former Jefferson Parish Restaurant Manager Accused Of Stealing $70K

A former general manager of an Outback Steakhouse in Metairie faces charges after he allegedly stole money from the restaurant to pay for improvements to his house.

According to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, 39-year-old Zachary Addison used the company's electronic banking protocols to swindle about $70,000 over a two-year period. A supervising manager found the discrepancies on the books, leading to Addison's termination in January.
