It's déjà vu all over again for gas prices in Louisiana.
AAA reports the average price of regular has not only matched but slightly exceeds where it was a year ago today. Regular has climbed to just over $2.33 a gallon in the Pelican State, up almost a dime compared to last Monday.
Drivers are paying about 30 cents more for regular than they were a month ago.
