Apparently things aren't getting any better tax wise when it comes to Louisiana's investment in the film industry.
The Advocate reports that preliminary information of a recent study conducted for Louisiana Economic Development still shows that the state is losing about two-thirds of the money it puts into the film tax credit program.
State and local governments only get back about 36 cents on the dollar in tax revenue, despite the credits' cap being lowered to $150 million.
