Slidell police say a student is under arrest for placing a camera under a teacher's skirt and posting the video online.
The teacher told police she was busy helping another student and was unaware that anything had even happened until later that day. When the teacher found out, she notified police.
The student has been identified as 18-year-old John Zeringue, III, who later admitted to taking and posting the video. He is now facing felony voyeurism charges.
