Man Allegedly Threatened To Kill Ponchatoula Walmart Customers, Employees

No injuries are being reported following an incident at a Walmart in Ponchatoula that could have gone horribly wrong Sunday.

Police tell the Daily Star that 26-year-old Gevoki Irving was arrested and jailed for terrorizing after allegedly pointing a semi-automatic rifle at customers and employees, threatening to kill them. Instead, he left the store without hurting anyone.

Irving was arrested later in the day after his vehicle was spotted and a rifle recovered from the back seat.
