Leaders of the Sophie B. Wright Charter School are upholding an earlier decision forbidding students involved in a senior prank from walking at their graduation next month.
It was announced yesterday that the school would rescind suspensions, but the students involved would still not be allowed to walk.
The punishment stems from a water balloon fight that took place on April 5th that left a student and a teacher injured. The principal heard about the potential for the fight and urged students in advance not to take part in it.
