More details are emerging about the alleged years-long sexual and physical abuse of a young girl in Harvey.
Testimony from a detective at a preliminary hearing yesterday detailed how five people, three men and two women, had been involved in the repeated rape and beating of a girl between 2009 and 2017.
The abuse is said to have begun when she was four. She's now 12 and initially disclosed the criminal activity while being treated at a mental health care facility in Biloxi, Mississippi.
