The New Orleans Saints won't be going anywhere anytime soon, and a major overhaul of the Superdome is in the planning stages.
NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune reports that team officials and the state have been meeting to forge an agreement to keep the team in New Orleans through at least 2035. It would also include a $450 million overhaul of the 44-year-old stadium.
The proposal is set to be presented to the State Bond Commission on May 15th.
