It's been a ho-hum experience for the past week as drivers in the state drop in to top off their gas tanks.
According to AAA, the statewide average price of regular has been moving only a fraction of a cent each day since last Friday. The fuel is now a penny cheaper at $2.54 a gallon, or about nine-cents higher than a month ago.
The travel group says the growing stock of domestic crude could help to keep gas prices low this summer since it represents about half of the cost that drivers in the U.S. pay at the pump.
