The all-female Krewe of Isis is leaving Metairie and returning to Kenner next year.
The krewe made it's inaugural ride in Kenner in the 1970s before moving to Metairie, but officials say their homecoming will help the Mardi Gras festivities in Kenner grow.
The Krewe of Isis is not the only krewe looking at a potential change in parade routes. The Krewe of Caesar is still weighing out their potential options as to what to do for the 2020 parade.
