Cox Communications and New Orleans customers are hoping to resolve issues discussed at City Hall yesterday.
Cable and internet customers discussed the company's service and internet issues at a City Council utility committee meeting.
Most were angry that Cox only has one physical payment center on Elysian Fields Avenue.
Others criticized the company for its "unstable" internet service, saying WiFi is a necessity for most working people nowadays.
Cox said it would take all the criticism "under consideration" as they work to make their services more user-friendly.
