A Louisiana man is facing charges for licking a container of ice cream and then putting it back in a store freezer.
The Assumption Parish Sheriff's office says Lenise Martin, III was filmed licking the ice cream and running his fingers through the container before replacing it.
The video imitates a teenager in Texas who went viral for licking ice cream at a Walmart.
Officials say Martin told them he purchased the ice cream but they are moving forward with charges to discourage copycats.
