Federal prosecutors say two men suspected of stealing drugs from an Uptown CVS pharmacy were federally indicted.
Richard Sansbury, 26, and Alan Parson, 18, allegedly entered the 24-hour pharmacy with weapons last month and stole pills from the pharmacy safe before getting into a shootout with police officers.
One of the officers was shot in the shoulder during the confrontation.
The two men now face counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, armed robbery and discharge of a firearm.
