The father of a New Orleans Saints super-fan is pleading guilty to charges of drug trafficking.
Jordy Robertson changed his original not guilty plea to guilty yesterday and admitted to stealing more than $40,000 from a GoFundMe charity account meant for his son Jarrius's liver transplant.
Prosecutors say Medicaid was used to pay for medical bills and his father spent the donations on gambling and to buy personal items.
Robertson could be sent to prison for up to 40 years and will appear in court on November 26th for sentencing.
