A judge will allow three alleged victims of the former St. Tammany parish Sheriff Jack Strain to testify at his trial.
The judge said while their testimony is being allowed, it must be made clear to jurors no charges have been have been filed against Strain in any of the three cases.
Strain was taken into custody in June on a slew of charges including aggravated rape, aggravated incest and sexual battery. A tentative trial date has been set for April 20th, 2020.
