King Cake Snob is announcing its fifth annual King Cake Ranking competition to kick off Carnival season.
Organizers say the friendly competition is meant to recognize the top traditional and filled king cakes of 2020 from bakeries throughout the state.
Categories for the competition include presentation, flavor and freshness
Last year's competition had nearly 3,500 entries for review.
Officials say residents can cast their vote on their favorite king cake online at KingCakeSnob.com until the polls close on February 18th.
