Police say one of three suspects accused of trying to hit an officer with a stolen car is still at large.
NOPD officials updated reports about yesterday's events, saying two of the suspects were in custody, and they had suspended the search for the third offender.
The incident happened around 9 a.m. on Tuesday when the suspects tried to run over a plain-clothes NOPD detective before fleeing and causing a lockdown at several area schools.
Officials say at least one of the two suspects is 17-years-old and is a habitual offender.
