The attorney representing the developers of the Hard Rock Hotel says his clients are not responsible for the collapse.
Kerry Miller said yesterday that the site owner was not the builder and is not responsible for the accident last October that killed three construction workers.
Miller said that developers 1031 Canal are not the contractor or the engineers but rather are the site owners who are fulfilling their responsibilities with the city.
