The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans are launching a New effort to bring together its needs, goals, strategies, and vision for the future under a "Master Plan."
The S&WB issued a statement yesterday announcing that they will use their "One Water, One Vision" framework to best deliver water services to its customers.
According to reports, the "master plan" process will be guided by a SWBNO Customer Advisory Committee to serve as a voice for the community when deciding how to invest in water, wastewater and stormwater systems.
