Mardi Gras season continues tonight with a pair of mid-week parades in New Orleans.
The Krewe of Ancient Druids will kick-off tonight's entertainment at 6:15 p.m., followed shortly after by the all-female Super-Krewe of Nyx at 7 p.m.
Both groups will take similar parade routes through Uptown beginning on Jefferson Avenue and ending on Poydras Street.
Tonight will also mark the first of seven consecutive days of parades ahead of Ash Wednesday on February 26th.
